Medical Reiki Master
What is Medical Reiki?
Medical Reiki is specific to those who wish to receive the benefits of Reiki in a medical setting. Medical Reiki Masters are trained to support patients in the operating room, chemotherapy suites, birthing rooms, hospice care and any other medical setting that is safe for the Medical Reiki Master to enter.
Raven Keyes, founder of the Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International, RKMRI (TM), was the first to perform Reiki in the operating room over 20 years ago, utilizing Gold Standards and best practices to ensure the safety and high standards that are imperative in the medical setting.
Very similar to a traditional Reiki session, Medical Reiki allows the client to be in a complete state of relaxation, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a sense of calm and peace during and after the medical procedure.
Medical Reiki is a beautiful complementary therapy at the end of life, helping the body to relax and assist with an easier transition.

What to Expect?
Medical Reiki can bring comfort to a patient, helping them to manage their stress and assist with bringing a sense of calm to the staff and patient receiving care.

Cost varies depending on the type of procedure/surgery performed and the duration of the medical procedure/surgery.
Price includes an initial consultation, lasting approx 1 hour.
Reiki session performed prior to the procedure day,
Christine will then be your constant companion before, during and after your medical procedure, if allowed by the medical staff.
Folow up Reiki sessions encouraged for ongoing support.
Hourly rate $90 per hour. Sliding scale and payment plans are available.
