Reiki is a healing and restorative practice that aids in stress reduction and promotes deep relaxation. Reiki is a complementary therapy that can help support you on your healing journey, allowing the mind and body to feel calm, balanced and improves an overall sense of well being.
End-of-Life Doula
An End-of-Life Doula is a non medical professional who is trained to care for a person and their family holistically at the end of life. Christine is trained to help support the process of dying, offering a sense of comfort, dignity and meaning at the end of life.
